We all go through tough times.

If you’ve found your way here, you might be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected or alone. Maybe you did all the ‘right’ things, but you still feel lost and unfulfilled.

Perhaps you’re not feeling like yourself, and just can’t seem to get unstuck.

It can all feel like too much sometimes.
But you don’t have to weather this storm alone.

You deserve to feel better.
I’m here to help.

I'm Lucia Arreaga, a Registered Clinical Counsellor, wife and mother who understands what it’s like to feel stretched thin by life’s demands.

I help those who are struggling with changes in their mind, mood, body and energy—weighed down by anxiety, depression, stress or overwhelm and want to find their way back to feeling good and enjoying life.

With over a decade of professional experience at the intersection of physical and mental health, I bring an integrative, trauma-informed approach to counselling—one that weaves together neurobiology, physiology, psychology and societal context to help you understand yourself more deeply, break free from unhelpful patterns, and move towards lasting change.

Together, we’ll work to help you gain clarity, cultivate joy, and reconnect with the strength already within you—so you can feel empowered in every aspect of your life.
